Prepared and cleaned bottles. Woke child every 3 hours to feed until the child was able to sustain weight while going longer between feedings. Changed and swaddled child at each feed. Gave parents detailed behavior and feeding updates each morning so they may start to assess the optimum bedtime for the child. Restocked diapers and wipes as needed. Educated parents as needed about sleep habits, feeding habits, and general information about baby. Gave suggested equipment, toy, and clothing items.

Worked the afternoon to bedtime shift with the occasional full day when children were off school/camp. Picked up children from school/camp and drove them to their activities. Helped optimize their schedule to ensure the children attended the activities they needed without being overwhelmed with a packed schedule. Organized, bought, and kept up stock of child groceries including meal and snack items. Updated grocery lists for the parents. Made lunches/snacks for school/camp and packed their backpacks with the correct items for the next day. Organized, bought, and rotated clothes depending on size and season. Organized and bought toys for both playrooms. Helped guide parents in establishing a nighttime routine to help the children sleep better and get to sleep on time. Assisted in ensuring the children learned how to regulate emotions using gentle techniques including talking, sensory outlets, journals, coping mechanisms, etc. Worked along side a co-nanny while esuring proper commication.

Prepped meals and snacks for children. Assisted in developing an eating and sleeping schedule that allows for mother to work from home while exclusively nursing. Planned and executed developmental age appropriate activities for both children. Researched and provided lists of items for children that would better enhance their learning while focusing on multi aspect usages. Organized and rotated clothes based on size and season. Set up more independent areas for the older child to gain confidence. This includes a self serve snack area in the fridge, guiding the child in preparing snacks such as cutting an apple on own, etc. Encouraged outdoor activities such as exploring the wildlife of Georgia Tech campus, playgrounds, swimming, etc.

Both children have feeding aversion disorder. Kept the children on a strict schedule for feedings and naps for feeding disorder management. Kept to strict feeding which requires large amounts of observation and insight due to the disorder. Cleaned, observed, prepped and gave food through a feeding tube for one of the children. Planned and carried out developmentally age appropriate educational activities (ex. Taught the 2 year old how to spell 3-letter words using silly songs; Created art projects to teach the children how to mix colors; Taught the children basic German words and phrases). Transitioned the 6 month old child to solid foods using "Baby Led Weaning" techniques.

Conducted all employee interviews and ensured completion of all associated hiring paperwork, clearances, and training. Developed employee training paperwork and conducted the rigorous employee training. Compiled weekly employee schedules (25+ employees)
while staying within budget, child to adult ratio, hour restrictions, gender ratios, etc. Planned and conducted all employee mid-summer and end of summer reviews. Organized and planned two field trips a week for both upper and lower age groups. Helped guide employees in the planning of daily activities. Solved camper conflicts while communicating with parents on the problem and solutions used. Directly communicated with parents on all camper needs, concerns, and activities. Developed new and innovative ideas to keep the camp developing in a positive direction.
